Randy Jeffries
Trial Attorney
Randy brings vast experience handling and litigating complex lawsuits involving wrongful deaths, personal injuries, and commercial disputes. In fact, he has successfully litigated cases in the Fourth Court of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court, including legal proceedings in connection with writs of mandamus. As an attorney, Randy worked at a well-respected law firm based in New Braunfels and Seguin, Texas, where he obtained valuable experience litigating complex civil cases and federal criminal defense.
Randy also worked at the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney, where he diligently handled numerous cases. Randy has trial experience at the justice court, county court, and district court levels. In addition, Randy was a contributing author of the Federal DWI chapter in the Lexis Nexis’ DWI practice guide.[1]
He attended law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, served on the Board of the St. Mary’s Law Journal, worked as a research assistant for a law professor, and interned for a Federal District Court Judge.
