Guillermo Flores is a trial attorney with a background in both criminal and civil law.  He is fluent in English and Spanish.  Guillermo was a prosecutor with the Bexar County District Attorney's office for several years.  He was in the misdemeanor and felony Criminal Trial divisions and in the Juvenile division.  He handled thousands of cases, including misdemeanors and felonies.  As a prosecutor, he tried numerous cases before juries and judges.

Guillermo also worked for highly respected civil law firms in Fort Worth, Dallas, and San Antonio, Texas.  As a civil lawyer, he has represented companies and persons and diligently defended and handled lawsuits in both state and federal courts.  Some of these lawsuits involved wrongful death, survival actions, negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation.  Additionally, he successfully prepared several dispositive motions which resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients.  Guillermo has also conducted high level legal research in important cases and issues.  After working for these important law firms, Guillermo decided to establish Legionnaire Law Firm, PLLC and offer quality and personalized legal services.
